KRYFS is India’s leading Transformer Core manufacturing company with a capacity to convert 50,000 MT per annum of CRGO Electrical Steel into transformer laminations and cores.
KRYFS services the entire value chain of energy supply from generation (of Solar Power), Transmission (through its EPC business) to distribution (through the manufacture of transformers, cores, and fabrication) and employs over 750 people, all over India.
KRYFS has nine manufacturing facilities and it has been transporting the manufactured items to its clients through trucks by using manual processes.
The extant procurement process was tedious and KRYFS could not glean any insights as data was not structured and dispersed across various systems.
KRYFS was looking for a suitable solution to remove inefficiencies from the truck procurement process.

Our properietory automation tool TOP (Tool for Online Procurement) for Transport Management was implemented to manage transportation process efficiently
The tool allowed ease of use through bulk indentation with easy to use and intuitive interface
The tool also allowed entire transaction from indentation, bidding, scheduling & tracking from single platform
The high quality data had been utilised by TH-TOP to provide granular insights on the trends in tariff It automates the process through easily integrable RESTful APIs
